Background reduction is essential for rare events experiments. We present a study on the Radon deposition mechanism and its impact on detector components. We discuss methods for measuring and avoiding Radon deposition, as well as techniques for removing contaminated layers from detector surfaces. Our work aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of Radon contamination and its mitigation in rare events experiments.
