The LSC organized an open day for the general public to visit its premises. Around 100 people took part in this event which included, as well as a visit to the underground facilities for those registered, demonstrations of the different components and techniques which are part of the experiments carried out at LSC given by the staff, public talks, workshops for children and a photocall.
