Elementary school students from Canfranc-Estación participated in an outreach activity where they learned about the science carried out at the LSC. Concepts such as what cosmic rays are and the difficulty of searching for dark matter were made easy to understand through various interactive activities.
Finally, the group visited the underground laboratory to get an idea of what our facilities and experiments are like. Later, they make a public presentation about what they learned during this day, which was organized in collaboration with the Canfranc school.
